We are excited to be looking for a Consultant to join our Adecco Life Sciences UK team as we continue to embark on a period of continued growth within our specialist markets.
This role will offer you industry leading training with a friendly, fun and dynamic team of consultants.
We will be focusing upon expanding our offering within Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Validation and more!
As Principal Consultant, you will focus mainly on: contract recruitment, new business development and you will be recognized as a trusted advisor for the Life-Sciences sector.
We would be looking for someone with prior experience recruiting in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries, as well as experience in business development. Your personal sales results will contribute to the team achieving and exceeding its objectives and KPI’s. You will identify potential recruitment and business opportunities within life sciences and generate revenue by placing candidates into temporary assignments, either into new or existing accounts.
What you’ll be doing
You will be in charge of the full contract recruitment life cycle, which has 3 main elements:
Sales, Delivery and Compliance
You will need to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients ensuring an efficient service is provided that exceeds their resourcing requirements
Produce individual client strategies and utilize thought leadership opportunities to build customer base
Manage client relationships to optimize all opportunities, gain commitment from clients through regulars sales calls and visits
Business Development, keeping up to date on competitor activity and market developments, and winning new business
Structure daily and weekly activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Manage hotlists of candidates, to ensure you have the very best available candidates in your specialist market
Report individual weekly performance forecasts, update and review to line manager and colleagues in open forum
Receive and qualify requirements from client
Publication of relevant advertising
Sourcing for, qualifying and submission of relevant candidates to client roles
Arrange interviews for clients and candidates
Make offers to candidates, securing placements
Ongoing Contractor/Candidate Management
