- DAYS – Monday to Friday (7am-3pm)
- No rotating shifts
- Full‑time hours
- Temp‑to‑permanent opportunity
- Easy Commute - Company bus available for just £3 per day (serving Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas)

- Leading from the front – not stuck behind a desk

- Keeping production running smoothly and efficiently
- Coaching operators and helping develop their skills
- Stepping in to solve problems and reduce downtime
- Driving standards around quality, safety, and performance
- Supporting training, return‑to‑work processes, and team development
- Getting involved in continuous improvement and Lean/5S activities
Who This Role Is Perfect For
- Have production/manufacturing experience
- Have supported, guided, or informally led others on shift
- Are ready to take the next step into leadership
- Enjoy being hands‑on and leading by example
You might currently be a: Production Operator ready to step up; Senior Operator; Line Leader / Cell Leader; Warehouse or Logistics Team Leader. If people already come to you for help or direction – we want to hear from you.
