To support the successful mobilisation and delivery of these schemes, we are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Licensing Officer to provide technical leadership and operational oversight within the Council s retained licensing function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing, regulatory or property licensing professional to play a key role in ensuring that residential licensing activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in accordance with legislative requirements.
