We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to join a product-led, AI-enabled engineering organisation in Manchester (Spinningfields). This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week onsite, focused on end-to-end ownership of software delivery - from writing code to testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production systems, including DevOps responsibilities.
About You
- Senior-level experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Serverless/Lambda, Node, and TypeScript
- Experience in full SDLC ownership: design, code, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain
- Product-focused mindset, collaborative, and passionate about technology
- Already Senior or acting as Senior in a Mid-level role
What You’ll Do
- Deliver features and drive technical strategy across your team
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers
- Write clean, maintainable code using Java, TypeScript, Node, AWS, and related technologies
- Ensure production systems are secure, performant, and maintained
- Mentor team members and champion best practices (TDD, pairing, CI/CD)
