Senior Economist/Financial Analyst

Location – Fully Remote

Duration – 3 months/3 days a week work

Rate – £650 – £700 daily (inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities

• Review internal materials;
• Write information requests – market overview, profitability, price trends;
• As required – attend meetings with external stakeholders, lead discussions relating to information requests; and
• Carry out analysis based on information request results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Highly numerate, financially literate individual.
• Experience of one or more of: profitability analysis, cost modelling.

Desirable:

• Project management/project leadership skills.

Experience Level

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in economic regulatory or competition policy at a middle to senior management level.
