Senior Change Business Analyst | Markets | Financial Services | Insurance | London (Hybrid) 3 days a week in the office | £750/day (Inside IR35) | Contracts until end of December 2025

Our London-based client is seeking a new Senior Change Business Analyst to work on a systems implementation project where you will support the Change Lead in delivering and coordinating training.

Any experience and knowledge on Novidea is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 8 years relevant experience within Markets (preferable) / Financial Services / Insurance
• Experience coordinating training content delivery
• Previously worked on platform system implementation change
• Stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills

Location: City of London

Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office / 2 days working from home

Initial contract period: Until the end of December 2025 with a view to extend

Rate: £750/day Inside IR35 via umbrella
