Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving change in the financial services industry? Join our dynamic Murex Back Office Program as a Senior Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our ongoing transformation initiatives.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver innovative solutions to meet the needs of our stakeholders. You will be instrumental in driving the development and enhancement of our products and services, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to the organization.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Significant experience in business analysis, product development, or related roles within the financial services industry, ideally in asset servicing or investment management.
- Deep understanding of Global Foreign Exchange, Back Office Operations, and financial instruments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, agile practices, and the software development lifecycle.
- Certifications in business analysis (e.g., BCS, CBAP, PMI-PBA) and project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
