Requirements

  • Expert experience working as a Business Analyst within complex projects, programmes, strategic initiatives or transformation portfolios, with demonstrable experience operating in a senior or lead capacity
  • Previous experience working within a regulated environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to support business requirements and identifying improvements
  • Expert knowledge of business process modelling techniques and the ability to coach others in analysis methods and best practice
  • Strong ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to gather, interpret and present information from multiple sources, whilst managing complex workstreams, actions, dependencies and governance outputs
  • Certification in Business Analysis Professional or equivalent is desirable
