Croydon Council is recruiting a Senior Technical Building Safety Manager to deliver its building safety strategy across its residential housing stock. You will report to the Senior Fire and Building Safety Manager and provide technical leadership on compliance with Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021.

You will develop Building Safety Case Reports, manage Building Assurance requirements, and ensure integrity of the Golden Thread information, working with residents and contractors.
