As the Catering Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school kitchen, ensuring the provision of high-quality meals that meet students\’ nutritional and dietary needs. Your cooking expertise and management skills will help create a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

The Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to implement and maintain standards
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Perform duties as directed by the Area Manager
- Conduct stock takes and manage ordering via the online portal
