Trainer SC Cleared Bristol (Hybrid) 40k 18 month Fixed Term Contract
Our defence sector client is looking for an experienced L&D Trainer for an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. You\'ll be responsible for Training Needs Analysis and have a solid background in Learning and Development - plus excellent hands-on training experience.
This role requires SC Clearance (and they need someone who can start soon - so your clearance will need to be valid)
Key Skills & Experience
- Deliver training courses to a variety of different levels of delegates
- Ensure all courses are carried out to the required standards
- Design and deliver training as required.
- Undertake Training Needs Analysis
- Identify and promote best practice in training / assessment delivery.
- Great Communication skills
Bristol based (3 days in the office and 2 from home)
18 month initial contract length
