Location: Sandbach

Working schedule: 6:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Thursday and 6:30am - 12pm Fridays

Rate of pay: £13.50ph

Adecco are currently recruiting for a reliable FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client's team based in Sandbach. This is a varied, hands-on role combining counterbalance forklift operation with general warehouse and yard duties, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of site operations. This role could lead to a permanent position for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload goods in both the warehouse and external yard areas
  • Support goods-in processes
  • Move stock, materials and equipment across the site as required
  • Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and housekeeping
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Valid counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse and/or yard environment
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Strong team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
