We are seeking a reliable and organised Sample Reception to join a fast‑paced laboratory environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑focused, quality‑driven and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log and book in samples in line with standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Prepare samples for analysis, ensuring accuracy, traceability and compliance at all times.
- Arrange sample collections and dispatch, including posting sampling devices to clients when required.
- Provide assistance with off‑site sampling when needed.
- Support the maintenance of laboratory facilities, including working with maintenance and service engineers.
- Maintain a 5S approach to workplace organisation and cleanliness.
- Follow a right-first-time approach to ensure high data and sample handling accuracy.
