Overview

My client, an international supplier with an excellent reputation, is looking for a proactive, Sales Support Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position supporting both the sales team and management. You\'ll be involved in everything from admin and supplier coordination to shipping logistics and occasional manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the team
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Order parts and materials from multiple suppliers
