Internal Sales Representative β NewHouse, Motherwell ML1 5SE
Location: Lichfield Salary: Around Β£28,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am β 5:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break) Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + up to 2-week Christmas shutdown

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially aware Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Newhouse. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and supporting the wider commercial team.
You\βll be responsible for managing lower-volume sales enquiries, quoting customers using our Power Pricing system, and ensuring smooth coordination from order to delivery. You\βll also promote additional products and services, resolve customer issues, and contribute to the overall success of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Quoting: Respond to customer enquiries and generate quotes using Power Pricing tools, Negotiate prices within set guidelines and secure orders, Promote additional products and value-added services, Post won quotes/orders to ARMA Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed customers, Provide timely responses to queries and complaints, Log and manage customer feedback and complaints in CRM, Coordinate site visits where appropriate
- Order & Delivery Coordination: Liaise with Production and Transport teams to ensure timely delivery, Manage delivery schedules and documentation, Monitor and update scheduling systems
- Quote & Pipeline Management: Track open quotes and follow up with customers, Maintain accurate records in Power Pricing and CRM, Analyse quote win rates and pricing performance
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Accessory Sales, Contracts, and Pricing teams, Share market and customer insights to support business strategy, Support ad hoc projects and attend meetings as required
What You\βll Need
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Power Pricing tools, and SAP/ARMA (desirable)
- A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
