We have a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Sales Office Manager. You will be managing a team of Sales Administrators to ensure clients receive the best in customer service. This role is currently available for immediate start for the right candidate. You will need to have management experience and be used to nurturing and mentoring staff. Salary £35k neg Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm 23 days holiday Pension Scheme Health care and life assurance Free on site parking. Lead a team of Sales Office Administrators who are main point of contact for telephone and email sales orders and queries, and process orders from clients. Producing reports for sales, and report monthly sales figures. Deal with customers queries, enquiries, requests and complaints and any escalations. Provide effective solutions that enhance the customer experience Identify areas for improvement to ensure excellent customer service is delivered. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure business goals are met Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email, responding promptly to customer questions, queries and orders.
