Our client is searching for a talented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis What You\’ll Do: As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting with administrative tasks to support daily sales operations Preparing and processing sales quotes, orders, and invoices accurately and promptly Maintaining customer records and updating the database with relevant information Handle enquiries and orders for the repairs department Responding to customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent customer service Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery What We\’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess: Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to engage prospective clients over the phone A background in Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks Due to location own Transport is required.
