Key Responsibilities:
- Must be advanced on Excel!
- Assist with preparing and processing royalty statements across diverse income streams, including streaming, downloads, and physical sales.
- Maintain and update record label catalogues and releases with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Process incoming royalty data and payments from third-party partners.
- Support the team in calculating and distributing royalties to artists, songwriters, and producers.
- Help resolve discrepancies related to royalties and payment allocations.
- Ensure compliance with recording and publishing contracts.
- Assist with audits, data analysis projects, and internal reporting.
About You:
- You possess a strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with large data sets, you are proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with pivot tables and Power Query is a plus!).
- Strong organisational skills enable you to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - are essential.
