Client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. We are a dynamic and long-standing consultancy, delivering high-quality cost management and commercial services across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident QS who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team with autonomy, responsibility, client interaction, and working on fast-paced projects.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full ownership of your projects, running them day-to-day from initial inception through to successful completion. You will be responsible for working on multiple fast track fit out projects, delivering cost management services, while acting as a trusted client-facing representative of the business. You will primarily be based from our Romford office, with regular travel to sites across the UK.

  • Represent the business professionally in client, contractor and design team meetings
  • Travel to project sites across the UK as required
  • Contribute to business growth through high-quality service delivery

We are looking for a confident, motivated QS with a strong track record in delivering high-quality work:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong background in fast-paced, high-volume fit-out projects (ranging from £100K to £5 Million). Projects include new fit out, refurbishments, extensions and alterations and multi-site roll out programmes.
  • Proven experience running your own projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the administration of JCT construction contracts.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work on projects across the UK.
  • Ability to work from our Romford office as your main base.
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
