Key Responsibilities: As a Risk Investigator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that human rights and environmental complaints are addressed effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Triaging Requests: Utilise an AI-assisted classification tool to assess incoming human rights and environmental complaints efficiently. Complaint Management: Create and manage investigation records, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on corrective action plans with business units.
