Temporary, Full Time, 1 day in office per week
Location: London/Glasgow/Cardiff
Day rate: 320 - 350 umbrella
Key Responsibilities- Conduct robust scoping meetings with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from advertising roles to conducting interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Develop effective selection methods, including assessment centres and psychometrics.
- Create and deliver insightful recruitment management information to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Solid expertise as a Resourcing Business Partner with a proven track record in achieving targets and KPIs, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative approach.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced IT skills, including Excel, to prepare recruitment reports.
- A successful history of implementing direct recruitment methods and innovative attraction strategies.
