As Resident Involvement Manager, you will lead the delivery of resident engagement and consultation across Croydon’s housing services. You will develop and implement a comprehensive Resident Engagement Strategy, ensuring resident voices shape service delivery and improvement. This role involves building governance structures for resident involvement, expanding participation opportunities, and embedding co-regulation and co-production principles. You will manage a dedicated team, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and champion diversity and inclusion in all engagement activities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering resident involvement strategies.
  • Strong background in social housing and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, driving high performance and customer-centric outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience using data and insight to inform service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional and leadership development.
  • Knowledge of resident engagement best practices and digital communication tools.
