Adecco is seeking a Head of Resident Experience in Ealing. The role involves leading strategic and operational delivery of resident engagement and complaints. You’ll manage teams to ensure customer-centric service, monitor performance data, and develop initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Candidates should have extensive experience in resident engagement, proven leadership skills, and a degree or housing qualification. This position is hybrid, allowing 2 days of remote work per week.
