Are you ready to make a significant impact in the energy sector? Our client is seeking a dynamic Requirements Manager to join the team! This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a new Contingency Control Centre, shaping the future of energy management.
About Project:
Project is a fast-paced initiative aimed at creating a business case for a state-of-the-art Contingency Control Centre. Once approved, you will spearhead the implementation of this crucial facility. If you thrive in an agile environment and are enthusiastic about making a difference, we want to hear from you!
Pay Rate: 500+ per day (inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Location: Warwick
Working Pattern: Hybrid – Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm, 37 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define strategic and operational requirements.
• Lead the documentation and traceability of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine necessary capacity, technology, and operational functions.
• Evaluate various delivery options, from new construction to leveraging existing infrastructure.
• Work with the Business Case team to conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating workshops to gather feedback and build consensus.
• Develop project plans with clear milestones and deliverables in collaboration with the Juliet PMO function.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all requirements align with UK energy sector regulations and maintain traceability from requirements to implementation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Requirements Manager or Senior Business Analyst in large infrastructure or energy-related programmes.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within the UK energy industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to present clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and people skills with experience in stakeholder management.
