Position: Aftercare Co-Ordinator Location: Remote Contract Type: Temporary Hourly Rate: £14.15 Start Date: August 26, 2025 Contract Length: 9 weeks (with the potential for extension) Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Friday (7.5 hours between 8am -5:30pm) What You\'ll Do: Key accountabilities: Deliver targets within specified time frames by each business sector Ensure daily statistics are updated Always demonstrate excellent customer service Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and workers Share knowledge and best practice Ensure SLAs are met e.g., responses within 24 hours, same day cover 15 mins, 1 hour on chats in teams, 24 hours for SNOW ticketsOperational & Workforce Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for contingent staff, including contract type and end date, payroll records, bank information, annual leave, and expenses Coordinate the completion of health questionnaires and arrange occupational health appointments or risk assessments where required Monitor mandatory learning completion and escalate non-compliance Manage sickness absence processes including scheduling welfare calls, conducting return-to-work meetings, and updating tracking systems Respond to employee and manager queries via Teams, SNOW, or email in line with defined SLAs Create and publish internal communications such as MyWork newsfeed updates Monitor workforce attrition levels and escalate findings that inform retention strategiesHR Casework & Meetings Lead HR meetings following ER guidance, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, capability reviews, probation evaluations, and AWOL cases Prepare case documentation in conjunction with ER case advisor: interview records, outcome letters, and supporting evidence packs Facilitate meetings with fairness and professionalism, ensuring adherence to client HR policies Document proceedings and update trackers, uploading all relevant materials securely into MyWork Provide maternity case support from initial notification through return-to-work coordination Collaborate with HR, Legal, and operational stakeholders to resolve cases effectively Ensure all HR procedures comply with current employment legislation and GDPR standards Payroll & Compliance Assist with weekly payroll operations for contingent labour, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission through supporting with timecard submission Resolve payroll queries within 24 hours and escalate complex issues where appropriate Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regular reporting requirements Uphold confidentiality and data protection across all employee-related interactionsWhat Were Looking For: Previous Experience: A background in HR or related area is highly desirable.
