b Overview /b p In this role you oversee maintenance and improvement across a diverse residential portfolio for a not-for-profit property organisation, balancing inspections, planned and reactive works, and contractor performance. You will advise on acquisitions, adaptations and asset improvement while ensuring health and safety compliance. The position is home-based with extensive travel across South England and Wales, contributing to long-term sustainability and residents’ quality of life.
