What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Log, monitor, and update service requests using internal systems
  • Coordinate engineer visits, installations, repairs, and follow-up appointments
  • Keep customers informed with timely updates and clear communication
  • Plan and prioritise engineer schedules to meet service commitments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
  • Process reports, paperwork, and service-related administration
  • Monitor outstanding jobs and proactively follow up to ensure completion
  • Support the wider service team with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Previous experience in a service desk, scheduling, customer service, coordination, or administrative role
