Overview
We are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join a busy and professional customer care team on a temporary basis. This role sits at the heart of service delivery, supporting customers through every stage of their journey and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience. As the first point of contact, you will represent the business with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, managing enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Process service requests, quotations, and customer orders accurately
- Track and monitor orders, keeping customers updated on progress and delivery times
- Coordinate with technical teams and internal departments to resolve queries and issues
- Record customer feedback and support continuous improvement of service delivery
- Escalate unresolved issues where necessary and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and case updates
About You
