Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
- Candidate Management: Update candidate records and job postings in our recruiting systems, ensuring seamless confirmation for new hires.
- Communication: Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the process.
- Activity Tracking: Track recruiting activities and compile weekly reports to provide updates on candidate status.
- Debrief Coordination: Organise post-interview debrief meetings and prepare debrief materials for the team.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve scheduling efficiency.
- Additional Support: Assist with other recruiting activities as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination role.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional customer focus, with outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or recruiting.
