What You’ll Do:
As the Recruitment Team Lead, you will oversee the operations of a talented team of sourcers, ensuring they deliver top-notch results while adhering to best practices. You’ll be at the forefront of strategic recruitment campaigns, working closely with key stakeholders to meet and exceed delivery targets, KPIs, and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team through regular one-on-one meetings, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Strategically manage recruitment activities while optimising team capacity and workload.
- Train your team on best practices and market strategies to enhance sourcing and candidate selection.
- Analyse team performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimise recruitment processes.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, proactively managing resourcing needs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams OR senior recruiters with experience delivering large scale campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build effective working relationships.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyse data critically and apply findings to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM and ATS systems.
