Location: Leicester City Centre - Parking available

Contract: 12-Month FTC (Potential to go Permanent)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary: £28,350 per annum

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays

The Role

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors at a residential property. You will manage the front desk, handle enquiries, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming residents, visitors, and contractors
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area
  • Handling resident enquiries and general admin
  • Liaising with property management and maintenance teams
