We are currently seeking a receptionist to join a leading company within their sector based in Gravesend. They have brand new, modern look offices and facilities. We are looking for candidates that are hands on and have great organisation skills. The atmosphere is welcoming and respected, making it an ideal workplace for those who are self-motivated and thrive in planning and ad hoc tasks.
Our client is looking for a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and professional impression of our company. Here\’s what you can expect:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile, making them feel at home.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage website mailbox and direct correspondence accordingly
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure the reception area is tidy and inviting.
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies
- Various ad hoc duties including booking, purchasing, etc
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in front-of-house roles
- Strong communication and organisation skills
