Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and friendly Host Resident to join our team at a high-end apartment block. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing front-of-house support, ensuring residents feel welcomed, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. They are looking for someone who can respond to emails regarding tenant issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Interaction:
- Meet and greet residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide a welcoming presence at the front desk.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.
- Respond to emails regarding resident contact and general inquiries.
- Manage the post room and ensure timely distribution of mail.
- Maintain and update staff box systems and shift schedules.
- Assist with timesheets and purchase orders as required.
- Be hands-on and willing to assist across various tasks.
- Provide reception cover and support background operations.
- Be flexible and reliable, especially during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential; need someone who is going to turn up on time and have a good work ethic.
- Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role is desirable.
- Willingness to be proactive and engaged in all aspects of the role.
