Receptionist - Swindon 7 day contract (29th August - 16th September) M-F, 8am - 4pm £15.93 p/h (=£29,000 pa) Job Purpose This role is to cover annual leave for our client during an important period. Role will involve carrying out Receptionist duties within the client location and managing incoming and outgoing post. Managing building stationary supplies and reporting any building faults Job Responsibilities Sign in all visitors/contractors and issue a visitors pass Answering and diverting phone call Booking meeting rooms Dealing with emails (concerning meeting rooms and couriers and general problems that may occur within the building) Sorting incoming and outgoing post Must have a can-do attitude and always happy to help.
