We are seeking a dedicated Receipts, Procure and Pay Technician to join our dynamic team in the public services sector.
What You'll Do:
As a Receipts, Procure and Pay Technician, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers and suppliers, handling enquiries and providing advice on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Purchasing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administration Excellence: Manage the Receipts, Procure and Payments Shared Service functions, ensuring accurate supplier and customer records.
- Invoice Handling: Input or scan all invoices/credit notes and maintain compliance with data retention regulations.
