Responsibilities
- Analyse consumer behaviour to derive insights and inform unified sell-thru plans.
- Measure and optimise marketing campaigns to maximise ROI on future activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt retail marketing programmes accordingly.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to assess and enhance local marketing capabilities.
- Work with global and EMEA teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans for upcoming seasons.
- Gather and synthesise data from retail partners and industry resources to form actionable insights.
- Assist subsidiaries in creating medium and long-term execution plans aligned with seasonal marketing goals.
- Guide teams to anticipate seasonal needs and industry trends, providing necessary feedback.
- Oversee the creation and review of key processes to ensure local alignment with global planning guidelines.
- Drive execution and integration between Category, Sales, and Retail Services for subsidiaries.
- Ensure consistent Channel Marketing execution that meets corporate guidelines and objectives.
- Offer product and marketing expertise to build partner trust in our client's offerings.
- Translate category management plans for local teams and coordinate marketing efforts to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to maintain budgets and maximise ROI.
- Demonstrate creativity while adhering to strategic objectives.
- Align local efforts with key performance indicators, including digital strategies.
- Work with leadership to ensure excellence in field reporting and analysis.

Experiences Required
- Experience in Retail/Channel Marketing or Retail Sales.
- Fluency in German.
- Proven success in marketing execution, particularly in Consumer Technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build partner relationships.
- Experience in new product launches and strategic business planning.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and coach others for success.
