To deliver a high standard of customer service by ensuring all clients and prospective clients are supported in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner across all communications and interactions.

Purpose

To take ownership of client communication and project delivery from the point of handover from Sales or upon client approval, ensuring smooth execution and a positive customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day coordination of live client orders and projects
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all client activity is accurately recorded
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support quotations, conversions, and ongoing client enquiries
  • Provide timely updates to clients on production progress and order status
  • Support client decision-making with clear commercial and technical guidance
  • Escalate operational or service-related issues to the management team when required
  • Monitor production schedules and capacity to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement across teams
