Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm - Fully office based
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation.
- Coordinate all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Support high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple locations.
- Review and improve HR processes and procedures.
- Input payroll information including hours, overtime, and bonus data.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Coordinate employee training and e-learning programmes.
- Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and performance processes.
- Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Support health and safety administration and compliance activities.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing employee records and data.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Full UK driving licence preferred for occasional site visits.
