We have an opportunity to join a health care business as the Quality Manager where you’re in charge of success. As part of a small team, this gives an opportunity to remain hands on in the day to day whilst leading a small but successful, dynamic team. No micro management! Manage the day-to-day operations of the Quality department, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485:2016. Inspire and guide your team to meet targets and deliver exceptional results. Serve as the go-to expert for all quality-related matters, both internally and externally. Drive continuous improvement in the Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and track KPIs to measure and boost QA performance. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in managing and developing Quality Assurance teams. Expertise in IVD or medical device quality, with ISO 13485:2016 knowledge, ideally within an SME.
