About the Role

As our QA Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring product quality, operational compliance, and regulatory readiness. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all QA operational activities across the manufacturing site
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Manage, coach, and develop the QA team - embedding a culture of ownership, integrity, and excellence
  • Oversee batch record reviews, deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
  • Act as the QA representative in audits and regulatory inspections
  • Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, validation, and product release teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned to site and quality strategy
