This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a busy Supply Chain team within a successful organisation experiencing significant growth. As a Purchasing Executive, you will support procurement activities, supplier performance, quality compliance, stock availability and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Tasks:
- Managing purchase orders from placement through to delivery
- Monitoring supplier performance, quality and compliance
- Building strong supplier and freight partner relationships
- Supporting sourcing and supplier selection
- Resolving delivery, quality and documentation issues
- Tracking stock levels and supporting inventory management
- Coordinating inbound shipments and logistics activities
- Supporting process improvements and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or logistics
- Understanding of import/export procedures and international shipping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using spreadsheets and business systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
