Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding opportunity in the Manufacturing & Production industry? We have just the role for you! We are currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Newcastle-under-Lyme on a temporary ongoing basis.
Rate of pay: Β£12.60PH
Full time, Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM. Can be flexible if required.
Your Role:
- Processing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in documentation
- Maintaining and updating systems
- Handling queries via telephone and email
- Liaising with various stakeholders and other departments
- Use of MS packages, particularly Excel

- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in purchasing is desirable
