Overview: Adecco's specialist Property Services Division - North are working with a charitable housing provider to support them in providing several interims within their Property Leasing Department, with the roles initially being for 3-6 months. The roles will operate in a hybrid fashion, working across the Yorkshire, Northeast and Humberside areas with travel to a variety of sites as per the business needs.

  • Regional Leasing Manager - £25-30ph
    To lead a property leasing team within a designated region, managing a geographically dispersed team. You will be responsible for ensuring good quality accommodation is sourced in line with the organisation's property procurement requirements by developing a network of property partners, ensuring properties provided are inspected, remedial works identified and undertaken, approving a range of incentives, ensuring satisfactory lease terms are negotiated and landlord relationships are effectively managed.
  • Acquisitions Manager - £18-22ph
    To be responsible for all property acquisition sourcing for each of the organisation's business streams, including procurement, negotiating and concluding commercial lease terms. Agreeing applicable financial incentives within set criteria; identifying, scheduling and inspection of required works for new properties. Developing and maintaining positive and effective internal and external stakeholder and partner relationships within a designated patch or area; working to agreed delivery targets and timescales.
  • Leasing Officer - £15-£18ph
    To be responsible for lease renewals, property hand-backs and resolution of escalated landlord obligation defaults within a designated patch or area, ensuring that properties are subject to a current lease, are of a high standard and well maintained by the landlord. Negotiate renewal of lease terms, property hand backs and dilapidations with landlords, including financial agreements and settlements to achieve best value.
