Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Residential Valuation We are seeking a qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our residential valuation team.
You will be responsible for conducting property inspections and producing accurate valuations across a diverse portfolio of residential properties for loan security, asset management, and advisory purposes.
Key
Responsibilities: Undertake site inspections and prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.
Manage a varied caseload of residential properties including houses, flats, new build developments, and portfolio valuations.
Provide market analysis and commentary on local property trends, comparable evidence, and risk factors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes (Senior Surveyor level).
Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and agreed turnaround times.
Essential
Requirements: MRICS qualified with proven residential valuation experience or similar work within the residential sector.
Excellent report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within your designated patch.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable: Registered Valuer status.
Proficient in Argus Developer or other appraisal software.
