The Opportunity

We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital, construction, refurbishment, and asset improvement projects. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who can take ownership of multiple projects, manage stakeholders effectively, and ensure successful delivery against programme, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, programmes, and reporting documentation.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and project performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports.
  • Resolve delivery issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Support project close-out, handover, and completion activities.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering capital, construction, refurbishment, or asset-related projects.
  • Strong project management expertise, ideally with knowledge of Prince2, Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, governance, risk registers, and contractor performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant project management qualification desirable.
