Responsibilities: Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the FM Transport industry. Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent organisational skills, with an emphasis on detail and multitasking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Smartsheet is advantageous. Certifications in AGILE, PRINCE II, APM, or PMP are highly desirable. Willingness to travel nationally, with occasional overnight stays when required. Flexibility to manage multiple projects across various locations. Familiarity with the Facility Management, Cleaning, or Transport industries is ideal. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, as well as solid organisational abilities.
