Join a High-Profile SEND Transformation Programme. We are recruiting for an experienced Programme Support Officer to support the delivery of a significant SEND Reform Programme, helping to improve outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation programme, supporting the implementation of the Council's new Experts at Hand model.
Working across multiple workstreams and partner organisations, you will provide comprehensive programme management support, ensuring effective governance, reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement activities are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the SEND Reform Programme and associated transformation projects.
- Coordinate programme governance arrangements, including boards, steering groups, workshops and working groups.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, action logs and decision trackers.
- Monitor programme milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits.
