This role focuses on planning, executing, and monitoring a range of strategic projects related to monetization programs delivered across international markets.The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with strong data capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience driving complex crossâfunctional initiatives from ideation through to execution. You will act as a central connector across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and successful delivery of program outcomes.Key Responsibilities Partner with crossâfunctional stakeholders across Activation, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Engineering, Marketing Science and Communications.Lead and manage multiâteam initiatives, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder readiness are fully tracked and communicated.Anticipate bottlenecks, balance competing priorities, and resolve blockers between internal stakeholder groups.Build organisational maturity by establishing bestâpractice processes, documentation standards, and knowledgeâsharing routines.Manage program communication cadences, including status updates, escalations, mitigation planning, and leadership reporting.Educate internal teams on available advertising partner programs, their value, and usage opportunities.Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to analyse program performance, determine ROI, and generate insightâdriven recommendations.Oversee complex project delivery with multiple timelines, workflows, and crossâfunctional owners.Preferred Experience & Skills Technical & AnalyticalStrong experience in data analytics, data manipulation, and insights generation (GâSuite essential; CRM, Daiquery or similar tools beneficial).Skilled in building structured presentations and communicating insights across diverse audiences.Proficient with spreadsheets, project management tools, documentation platforms , and workflow organisation.Operational & LeadershipSelfâstarter with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams and communicate priorities effectively.Strong operational background with experience driving crossâfunctional efficiency.Comfortable working with global teams and navigating regional nuances.Experienced in managing budgets for individual activations or broader program scopes.Thrives in fastâpaced, ambiguous environments similar to startâup or rapidâgrowth settings.Communication & Stakeholder ManagementClear and direct communicator with strong written and verbal skills.Experienced in eastâwest coordination and stakeholder relationship management.Adept at delivering live presentations, structured updates, and written comms.EducationBachelor\âs degree in Business, Communications, Marketing , or a related field.Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
