Job Title: Production Planning Administrator Location: Lancaster Remuneration: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum Contract Details: Full-Time, Permanent Responsibilities: Create daily reports to monitor production and plan achievement Run and type up meetings and notes from weekly critical path, initials, and cloth meetings Generate initial and repeat prep orders Prepare prep orders for digital whitestocks Administer and issue production cards Maintain the planning system with provisional initials, critical paths, critical path lates comments, and initial cloths, including issuing reports to gather this essential information Monitor critical path timings for initials, liaise with design and sales, and create bespoke timings if required Update orders on the inspection board Track reasons for not achieving plans Provide support to Planner and management as required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an ERP/ Production Planning Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in using Datatec or a similar ERP system Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritise effec…
