Adecco are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client's busy team in Winsford who specialise in packaging manufacturing. This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential to lead to a permanent position for successful workers.
Shifts:
- Days: Monday-Thursday 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM and Friday 5:45 AM – 12:45 PM
- Noons: Monday-Thursday 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM and Friday 12:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Nights: Sunday 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM and Monday-Thursday 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor IT-based machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in packaging and labeling products for distribution.
- Quality checking of items before palletising.
